Until 29 May 2020, the companies should file with the relevant tax authorities their approved financial statements for 2019. To this end, the general meeting of shareholders should be convened and held for approving the statements.
Given the current restrictions imposed by the authorities, it may be an issue holding the general meetings in the “classical way”. The law allows, though, holding them (actually voting) by way of correspondence, provided that the Articles of Association contains relevant provisions in this regard.
